How will I receive my order?
Orders are despatched promptly via Royal Mail Post and will be securely wrapped to protect delicate items.
Can items be personalised?
Personalisation is available for any Special Birthday or Occasion. A number charm, birthstone or Initial can be added to any of my designs. Please select the option you require from the personalisation page and message me with details.
Commissions are Undertaken too.
How do I pay for my order ?
Payment is made via my Pay Pal account.
Will I be charged multiple postage if I order more than one item?
No, should you order multiple items, you will only be charged one delivery charge based on the parcel size. Any multiple delivery charges will be credited back immediately to your original payment method.
Will my Purchase be Giftwrapped?
All items will arrive to you themed and stylishly gift-wrapped.
Jewellery and gift items will come with their own pretty pouch as well as tissue paper for that perfect decorative finish.
Can I arrange for a gift to go direct to a recipient?
Yes, I can post direct to a family member or friend. with a personal message.
