Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Some items receive free postage. Any items that do not receive free postage will have the postage cost shown on the relevant page and this will automatically be added to your shopping basket.
Please Note: Should you order multiple items, you will only be charged one delivery charge based on the parcel size. Any multiple delivery charges will be credited back immediately to your original payment method.
Dispatch Times
My aim is to dispatch your item within 2/3 working days wherever possible.
How will your order be packaged?
Your order will be wrapped in protective and attractive tissue paper then placed in a padded or protective envelope for safe transportation. Baubles in particular will be well wrapped due to the delicate nature of this item.

Returns
If for any reason you find that your purchase is faulty or damaged on arrival, please get in touch so that we can resolve the issue. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email if a refund is to be issued, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Return postage will be refunded for damaged items, I just ask that you email me a copy of your postal receipt.
